- Decision data you create, including objectives, alternatives, ratings, and problem statements
- Vendor responses submitted through RFI portal links
- Invitation details when you invite collaborators

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our service
- Send you notifications about decisions and collaborations you're part of
- Process invitation and RFI workflows
- Communicate with you about your account
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share information only as described below:
- With collaborators: When you invite someone to a decision, they can see the decision's objectives, alternatives, and other shared data.
- With vendors: RFI portal links give vendors access to specific questions and allow them to submit responses. Vendors cannot see other vendors' responses.
- Service providers: We use third-party services (Google OAuth for authentication, SendGrid for email) that process data on our behalf.
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can delete your decisions at any time. Upon account deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days.

You have the right to:
- Access and export your data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and associated data
- Object to or restrict processing
