Decisions is a structured decision-making tool designed to bring objectivity and transparency to complex choices. Whether you're evaluating software platforms, selecting vendors, or choosing between strategic options — Decisions helps you define what matters, collect data, and score every option systematically.

The Methodology

Decisions is built on a proven framework that separates criteria into two categories:

• Musts — Non-negotiable requirements. An alternative either passes or fails each must. Any must failure disqualifies the alternative.
• Wants — Weighted preferences. Each want has a weight (importance) and is rated on a 1-10 scale. Scores are calculated proportionally.

This approach ensures that deal-breakers are never overlooked while allowing nuanced comparison of viable alternatives.
